weight loss dietLooking for the perfect diet again?  I know how you feel, I did the same thing for many years before I settled down and thought to myself “i’ve spent more time searching on the internet for the next miracle diet, than I have spent actually implementing any of the diets I have found.”  It was that change in thinking I needed and was the reason I saw the weight loss results I did.

Get Off of your Computer

It’s very easy to get caught up in all the hype of the internet marketers and so-called weight loss gurus out there, but I came to one conclusion that helped me to stop procrastinating and really start working hard.  I realized that the only reason I continued to search the internet for the next greatest weight loss diet was because I wanted to feel connected to it all.  It was a source of motivation for me, because every time I looked at a new page for the best diet program, I’d feel a sense of excitement for an hour or so, then go back to being severly depressed because of the results I wasn’t getting.   Does this sound utterly familiar to you?  This prompted me to determine what the perfect weight loss diet is!  Trust me on this, follow these tips, and you can lose a pound a day if you stick to the schedule.

Find a Forum

I needed to find a way to feel connected to the weight loss community and give me the motivation that I needed without just searching through the next weight loss fad.  To do this, I found a forum on the internet to stay connected with everyone and build relationships. So find a forum to share your news with!  Be careful with information paralysis though, just use it to find a few friends that you can stay updated with on your goals.

Don’t get Paralyzed by all the Information

Next there is a lot of information out there on how to lose weight! And there are so many programs that claim to be the best weight loss diet out there.  I will tell you right now, a lot of the people out there who want to lose weight are perfectionists when it comes to this stuff, and chances are you are too! That’s why you clicked on the title of this blog post claiming the perfect weight loss diet!  Even if you found the perfect diet, it would hardly be more effective than the tools I am giving you in this post.  That is because I am giving you can EXCELLENT weight loss diet plan.  Don’t get paralyzed by these perfectionists! Calorie counting, carb to protein to fat ratios, calorie burning counts and all the rest of these things can be implemented after you start losing weight.  Do not try doing these things before you start losing weight or you will never start your weight loss diet plan. Being a perfectionist on how to lose weight is what will kill your dreams of ever losing a pound.

Find a Plan you can Follow

Next you need the right information on how to lose weight.  You can go through my blog to find some great information on how to lose weight and that’s exactly what I suggest to start.  I noticed when I began searching blogs I received a lot of very helpful information but I couldn’t put it together and my results suffered big time for this.  So the final step in my plan is to trust someone who has a weight loss diet plan set out for you.  One such person that has this plan and whom I trust completely is Tom Venuto and his program Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.  You can see all over my blog that I support this program because it is what helped me with my weight loss.

Those are the three most important tips you are going to hear for losing weight, and not applying these is the reason 95% of individuals who try to lose weight never do, or gain the weight back that they’ve lost

To recap:

1. Find a forum where you can update individuals on your progress and be inspired from other people’s success stories.
2. Don’t become paralyzed from information overload:  don’t use the forum to look for the next greatest way to lose weight!  Many people take my advice but then use the forum for the wrong reasons.
3. Find a plan:  You need a set plan for everything you’re going to do, when you are going to exercise, what food you are going to eat and when, when you are going to search the forum for information.  Again I recommend Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle for this purpose.   All of the greatest information is in there on losing weight and it’s where I learned most of what I’m sharing with you today.  Of course I can’t share his best held secrets ;)
