This second exercise is going to have your obliques, core and whole upper body burning after! Alright, I call this one the “bent over oblique swing.” What you do is bend over at your waist to a 90° angle with a heavy dumbbell, kettlebell or weight plate in your hands. Next, swing to one side and try to hold it at the top for a second then slowly return to the starting position. Do that 3 – 6 times and then switch sides.

Doing these exercises just once a day are going to help you lose waist fat like nothing else, but doing more than 1 set will show you results almost immediately! If you go to a gym, your best bet is to try and spread them out throughout your gym session because you want to have as much energy as possible when completing them. If you have the leisure to work out at home whenever you want, I suggest spreading them out throughout the day for maximal benefits. I’ve been able to fit 10 sets in on one day at home, whereas if I went to the gym I could only finish 3 or 4 sets without falling to the ground in complete exhaustion. These exercises are going to do wonders for you so start on them right away!
